How quickly will I receive my order?
We process and send out all orders within 48 business hours of receipt - and often sooner. Delivery times via Australia Post are as follows. Orders for 10, 20 and 50 notes are sent out via Registered Post which generally takes 1 to 3 business days depending upon where you are in Australia. Value Pack orders for 100 notes and all reseller orders are sent out via Express Post which usually takes just 1 business day to most parts of Australia.
How safe and secure is it to buy from you?
For your safety and security online we use the industry-leading shopping cart provided by 1shoppingcart.com and we process all orders via PayPal which is a global leader in secure online transactions. We've been selling the Million Dollar Note online since January 2007 without any issues.
Do you offer a New Zealand Million Dollar Note?
Not at present but we may introduce one later in 2010.
How do I become a reseller of Million Dollar Notes?
It's quick and easy to get started selling our notes. Because you don't need to go through a sign-up process to become a reseller. In fact you don't even need to be a retailer or a business to make money selling them… anyone can. Who are you?
We are Chris Lyons of Gloo The Memory Company and Chris Davey from Vektahaus Design. We first introduced the Million Dollar Note back in January 2007. We began selling Custom Notes later that year. Who am I buying my Million Dollar Notes from?
Million Dollar Notes are a product of Gloo The Memory Company (ABN 81 107 952 938). We've been trading since 2004 and are a division of Redzebra Enterprises Pty Ltd (ACN 107 952 938). We are based in Sydney at 13 Oakland Avenue, Baulkham Hills 2153.
Will you be bringing out a Kiwi version of the Million Dollar Note?
We're definitely considering it for some time in 2010.

What is the minimum order size?
You can order as few as 10 notes. If you want to sell our notes and qualify for our special reseller rates, the minimum order size is 200 notes.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. The more notes you buy the less you pay per note. So by ordering more you can save money. Further discounts are available to resellers when

Do you send orders overseas?
We are currently only able to send orders to Australian addresses.
How do I pay for my order?
When you check out using our secure shopping cart you will be redirected to the PayPal website where you'll pay for your order via your PayPal
account if you have one or if not by credit card. Your payment is to Gloo The Memory Company.
Is my payment secure?
For your safety and security we process all orders via PayPal which is a global leader in secure online transactions.
Do you offer any other payment methods?
To minimise costs and therefore be able to offer you the best possible prices all orders are placed online via this website.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Simply return your complete order to us within 30 days in an as new and saleable condition and we'll cheerfully refund your money in full, no questions asked. Please note - we don't offer refunds on partial returns e.g. 4 notes from a 20 pack or 35 notes from a 200 pack.
What do I do if I experience a problem when ordering?
As with anything online, occasionally unexpected technical issues can occur. So if you experience a problem when ordering please click here and let us know so we can sort it out.

How much money can I make as a reseller?
If you choose to sell our Million Dollar Notes you'll make a minimum margin of 172% when ordering just 200 notes - the minimum quantity to qualify for our specially discounted reseller rates - and selling them at $1.95 each. Of course the more you order the cheaper they are and the bigger your profits become.
You can make margins of up to 354% by simply ordering in larger quantities and selling them at the Recommended Retail Price of $2.50. Remember - that's selling a low cost, high appeal, impulse purchase item! To see the figures click here.

Yes you can. You don't have to be a retail outlet to make money selling our notes - anyone can.

The Recommended Retail Price for a Million Dollar Note is $2.50. But it's up to you what prices you choose to charge. You are free to charge more or less depending upon your market and customers.
